Definition of Publisher

A Publisher is any entity or individual who collaborates with Al Shohab Al Aliah with the aim of publishing or promoting Policy and Privacy or products through any electronic

or traditional means, including websites, blogs, social media networks, advertising campaigns, or any other marketing channels.

Terms of Collaboration with Publishers

• Full compliance with the content authorized by Al Shohab Al Aliah and refraining from publishing any false or misleading information.

• Respect for intellectual property rights and non-use of Al Shohab Al Aliah’s trademark or marketing materials without prior permission.

• Avoid publishing any content that violates applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during the collaboration and refrain from disclosing it to any third party.

Permitted Content for Publication

• Advertising materials approved by the Marketing Department at Al Shohab Al Aliah.

• Educational or informative articles that enhance Al Shohab Al Aliah’s services after review and approval.

• Any collaborative content that has been pre-agreed upon in writing with management.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, logos, texts, software, systems, and any production materials provided to the publisher by Al Shohab Al Aliah remain the exclusive property of Al Shohab Al Aliah for Programming & Digital Marketing. They may not be reused, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Commissions & Financial Entitlements

Commission rates or the mechanism for calculating financial compensation for each publisher will be determined based on a separate agreement signed between both parties.

Payments will be made according to the agreed schedules after verifying the results and quality of the publications in accordance with specified performance standards.

Termination of Collaboration

Al Shohab Al Aliah reserves the Policy and Privacyto terminate collaboration with any publisher in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms and policies outlined above.

• Damaging the reputation of Al Shohab Al Aliah in any way.

• Breach of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the ethical standards we uphold.

Updates & Amendments

Al Shohab Al Aliah reserves the right to amend Policy and Privacy at any time without prior notice. Continued collaboration by the publisher will be considered as explicit acceptance of the updated amendments.
